As my hyway cruiser Ive kept it basically stock all save for the custom 1.5″ lowered springs (thx Mike) with a Lincoln ride in a lowered stance this Fusion is even better on the road. 3.5 L cyclone(double overhead all aluminum sweetie) paint is a heavily modified tuxedo black which gives it a ghostly color change in a blue/ black depending on angle/lumens. Tint is a 3M agua marine that is 95% see thru from inside yet 95% mirror( at correct angle ) from outside. Its unique for sure.
With traveling to southern Ontario regularly I had drilled/slotted rotors a ceramic pads installed for an amazing increase in panic stopping performance.
My plan is ro find a great resto shop and have it done with that higher hp version and remove the limiter as I found out whilst following an AMG 4.3L into the city and for 45 mins ran @w.o.t 204kph!!! Its rated for 286@4200 the hp version is 400hp and keeping the AWD will make it even more fun. Ive got my eyes on a paint thats more to what I am after.
Gentleman a lesson learned … roll on hoists only because I find most dont know what a jacking point is
